Assist clients with inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about services and procedures Resolve client issues promptly and effectively Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times Document client interactions and feedback in the system Collaborate with team members to improve service quality Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge Support other departments as needed to ensure client satisfaction Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Basic knowledge of real estate or mortgage processes is a plus Proficiency in using customer service software and tools Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
