Position Summary The HR Supervisor Intern participates in an intermediate, hands‑on learning experience focused on HR coordination, workflow organization, and team support within a structured program environment. This role provides exposure to recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, HR documentation, and employee engagement initiatives under supervision. Participants may engage at different levels within this role based on the program’s tiered structure (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced), depending on prior experience, engagement, and program needs.

Program Activities
Supporting coordination of recruitment activities (job postings, interview scheduling)
Assisting with onboarding coordination and new hire processes
Supporting the maintenance and organization of HR records and databases
Assisting with HR documentation and reporting
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal programs
Assisting with responses to HR‑related inquiries (under supervision)
Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Communicating observations, questions, or feedback to program leadership
All activities are conducted within a supervised and guided learning environment.
Leadership Development Component
Supporting the coordination of HR activities across teams
Assisting with the organization of workflows and priorities
Participating in structured team collaboration and communication
This is a developmental experience and does not involve formal supervisory authority over employees.
