Position Overview We are hiring
Remote Full‑Cycle Insurance Sales Representatives
to manage the entire client journey—from initial conversation to policy placement.
This is a
performance‑driven, remote sales role
where you will:
Speak with clients
Identify needs
Present tailored insurance solutions
Close policies

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound leads (depending on campaign structure)

Manage the
full sales cycle :
Lead → Consultation → Presentation → Close
Guide clients through the
application and enrollment process

carrier and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and
closing ability
Experience in
insurance, financial services, or phone sales (preferred)
Self‑motivated and comfortable working

Compensation & Earnings
100% Commission-Based (Uncapped)
High earning potential based on
production and consistency
Typical earnings in the first 36 months:
$80,000 – $200,000+ annually
