My client is a specialist provider of commercial kitchen deep cleaning, extract cleaning and catering equipment maintenance services. They are now seeking a proactive Sales Lead Generator to support the business development team by identifying, researching and qualifying new opportunities.
This is a pipeline-building role focused on uncovering new prospects across hospitality, contract catering, facilities management, healthcare, education and commercial kitchen environments. You will play a key role in generating leads, gathering market intelligence and supporting the wider sales team in driving growth.
The role would suit someone highly organised, commercially curious and confident engaging with potential clients across email, LinkedIn and phone outreach.
Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients across hospitality, catering, FM, healthcare, education and commercial sectors Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team Gather information on decision-makers, contract cycles and service requirements Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn and phone outreach Book meetings and generate interest in commercial kitchen cleaning and maintenance services Support the sales team with market intelligence and competitor insights Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Work closely with sales and marketing to align outreach activity Identify opportunities for additional services including extract cleaning and planned maintenance contracts
About You Experience in sales research, lead generation or business development support Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional approach Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience within facilities management, cleaning services, hospitality or commercial catering advantageous but not essential
