What You'll Do as a Pledge Processing Specialist
Research and accurately post daily cash receipt information to donor and corporate accounts
Process billing statements according to defined schedules
Generate donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts
Prepare and import electronic files into campaign software aligned with business rules
Maintain documentation related to account posting policies and procedures
Support donor choice and agency vetting activities
Produce accurate agency payout reconciliations
Enter pledge forms with precision into the donor database system
Provide customer service via phone and email to United Way partners
Who You Are
Active-duty U.S. military member within 180 days of separation
