What You'll Do:
Support clients throughout the process by providing clear and timely communication
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Help coordinate details to ensure everything stays organized and on track
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth overall experience
