Fully Remote | 12-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
We’re looking for an experienced
Scrum Master
who’s passionate about Agile, continuous improvement, and helping teams do their best work. In this role, you’ll act as a servant leader and Agile coach, guiding teams and stakeholders to embrace modern product development practices while fostering a healthy, high‑performing team culture.
This is a fully remote, long‑term contract opportunity supporting a large, mission‑driven organization in the healthcare space.
What You’ll Do
Champion Agile values, principles, and practices across teams and the broader organization
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile
Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on modern product development and delivery practices
Remove impediments and help teams continuously improve how they work
Serve as a facilitator, mentor, and coach—adapting your role as needed (Scrum Master, Team Coach, Enterprise Coach)
Measure progress using learning milestones and outcomes, not just delivery metrics
Promote a learning culture built on shared vision, collaboration, systems thinking, and continuous growth
Model and reinforce the Scrum values of focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect
What You Bring Required
3+ years of experience in Product and/or IT environments
2+ years working as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
Hands‑on experience with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc.)
Experience supporting large, complex initiatives with multiple Scrum teams
Experience leveraging AI tools within the software development lifecycle to improve quality and efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience developing DevOps practices and Agile/DevOps culture
Curriculum development and training delivery experience
Healthcare industry experience
Familiarity with multiple delivery methodologies and knowing when to apply them
Active participation in Agile or delivery communities
Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred, not required)
