data
accurately into various databases and systems Reviewing and verifying
data
for accuracy and completeness Generating reports based on entered
data
as required Maintaining confidentiality and security of all
data
handled Assisting in the implementation of
data
entry
procedures Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary
data Providing administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative support or
data
entry
preferred Proven experience as a
data
entry
clerk or in another relevant administrative role Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 60 words per minute Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a
remote
environment
