We are looking for candidates pursuing or completing their Master’s in the US, preferably with prior technology exposure. Selected candidates will undergo
training and alignment
in Customer Success, Sales, or Research roles, working closely with global teams and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients and understand their requirements Support customer success and account management activities Conduct market research and competitive analysis Assist in sales outreach and lead generation Collaborate with internal teams to support client initiatives Master’s (pursuing/completed) from a US-based university 0–3 years of exposure to the IT/Technology domain preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow in customer-facing roles Location Preference
NY / NJ San Jose, CA (SJC) Atlanta, GA (ATL) Work Mode & Travel
Own car required in SJC / ATL for in-person meetings Uber/public transport in NY/NJ is not reimbursed Working Hours
