The
Revenue Operations Specialist
will own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commission payments, Sales Tax compliance, and State Reporting. This person takes pride in executing thoughtfully designed revenue operations. They treat both clients and internal team members as customers to be given excellent service. This is a hands‑on role, as we prefer implementing scalable systems instead of hiring people to administer processes. You’ll report to the CFO or VP of Finance.

What You Will Do
Run the company’s Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commissions payments, Sales Tax, and State Reporting processes.
When you have additional bandwidth and you desire taking on new challenges, you will have opportunities to expand into areas of budgeting, expense management, and other areas of financial operations.
You’ll partner with our high-quality, fractional bookkeeping team to ensure our P&L is accurate and our monthly close is efficient.
About You
6+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated success at guiding their own professional development, proactive learning, and building task autonomy in newer areas of responsibility.

CPA
Confident with Quickbooks Online or Netsuite

The Content Specialist can work from our Austin co‑working space or remotely in any of the 27 states currently in Civitech’s footprint (AL, AK, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY). Classification, Salary, and Benefits: Full‑time, competitive salary ($90,000‑$110,000, based upon experience), with ability to a metrics‑based significant performance bonus.
