We are seeking a
Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong Java expertise and AI integration experience
to join a newly formed
AI Tiger Team . This team operates as an elite, fast-moving engineering group focused on
embedding AI capabilities into existing software products , rather than building AI models from scratch. The role is highly hands-on and will involve working across
multiple priority products , each with unique architectures, users, and technical challenges. Engineers on this team are expected to be adaptable, technically deep, and comfortable moving between different problem spaces and codebases. This is an ideal opportunity for a
senior engineer who enjoys ambiguity, complex systems, and real-world AI adoption in production environments . Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and enhance
fullstack applications
using
Java, Spring Boot, and React Integrate AI capabilities into production software to
improve development workflows, product functionality, and system intelligence Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leaders to solve complex, cross-product challenges Work across a variety of SaaS products with differing architectures and requirements Contribute to and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
and modern development workflows Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with best practices Operate effectively in a fast-moving, tiger-team environment with shifting priorities Required Qualifications
Extensive experience as a
Senior Software Engineer or Senior Fullstack Engineer Strong hands-on experience with: Java Spring Boot React AWS Cloud experience (cloud-agnostic backgrounds are welcome) Proven experience integrating
AI capabilities into production environments Experience working in
SaaS or product-based software environments Strong software engineering fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and system design experience Comfort working across multiple tech stacks and unfamiliar codebases About Korn Ferry
