Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a full time and permanent member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
Assist with property showings and open houses
Process rental and sales applications and contracts
Coordinate appointments and schedules for agents and clients
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better assist clients
Handle any customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or property management setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
