Summary We are seeking aSystems Engineer Infrastructureto support the design, implementation, and maintenance of core enterprise infrastructure. This role isprimarily remote, but candidates must reside in thegreater Southwest Florida areaand be available to come onsite periodically for major implementations, upgrades, and project support.
Position Summary The Systems Engineer Infrastructureis responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise infrastructure platforms that support Lee Healths clinical and operational environments. This role focuses onendpoint management, operating system deployment, enterprise system administration, and automationacross a large-scale environment.
This position serves as a technical subject matter expert for infrastructure systems, providing advanced support, supporting system implementations, and helping ensure the stability, security, and performance of enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft SCCM and Windows endpoint environments.
Managesoftware deployments, patching, update compliance, and operating system deployment (OSD)across enterprise devices.
Build and maintainWindows OS imagesfor workstation deployments.
DevelopPowerShell scriptsto automate processes, reporting, and system remediation.
Package and deploy enterprise applications usingMSI, EXE, and scripted installations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Perform routine infrastructure maintenance includingpatching, upgrades, and system updates.
ProvideTier 3 technical supportto IS teams and end users.
Assist with system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and project deployments.
Participate inproblem resolution and root cause analysisto improve system reliability.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support infrastructure initiatives.

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a systems or infrastructure engineering role.
