Core Responsibilities
Assist clients with developing and organizing customized travel itineraries
Research and evaluate travel options using approved booking platforms
Provide helpful recommendations that align with each clients preferences and travel budget
Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and messaging systems
Coordinate travel reservations and verify booking details with partners and suppliers
Manage itinerary updates, changes, and service-related questions efficiently
Maintain accurate client files, travel details, and documentation
Participate in team training sessions, meetings, and ongoing development programs
