Job Summary Join our fast-paced, highly technical team as a Full-Stack Engineer and play a pivotal role in advancing the future of AI and robotics. You will work autonomously on challenging projects, moving ideas from inception to impactful real-world products, all within a small, agile, and async-focused environment that values strong written communication.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable user-facing applications using React.
Develop and maintain robust backend services with Django (DRF) and MySQL.
Architect and enhance a cloud-based fleet management portal for remote autonomous mobile robots.
Implement and optimize cloud AI pipelines and MLOps processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value products.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack, from cloud infrastructure to user interfaces.
Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience with React and modern JavaScript development.
Strong background in AWS cloud services.
Advanced backend development expertise, particularly with Django and Django Rest Framework.
Proficiency with SQL databases, ideally MySQL.
Solid Python programming skills.
Experience working with complex, distributed systems.
Demonstrated portfolio of significant software projects, especially in AI, robotics, or cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with React Native for cross-platform applications.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Understanding of security best practices and SOC2 compliance.
Background in MLOps or deploying machine learning models.
