What You Need Experience:
HS Diploma/GED and previous call center or high-touch service experience.
Skills:
Deep empathy, active listening, and meticulous attention to detail.
Tech:
Windows 11 PC, professional USB headset, and a stable
wired
internet connection.
Environment:
A dedicated, quiet, and professional remote workspace.
Eligibility & Exclusions Must reside in the U.S.
