About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Legal Documents Clerk to support our team in managing electronic legal files. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently. This is a temporary position.

What You'll Do
Locate, review, and organize electronic legal documents
Accurately move, save, and file documents within designated systems
Maintain consistent and logical file naming and organization protocols
Ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored
Assist with document retrieval requests as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of legal documents (preferred but not required)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
Comfortable navigating digital file systems and folders
Additional Information: This is a remote, work-from-home position. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of maintaining productivity without direct supervision. Must have a personal computer/laptop. Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to and working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
