Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day):
As our Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the go-to person for clients making sure they feel valued, supported, and taken care of.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients regarding their insurance policies.
Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Process payments and billing inquiries.
Provide accurate information about coverage, deductibles, claims, and account details.
Troubleshoot client issues with professionalism and empathy.
Cross-sell or upsell additional coverages where appropriate (Home, Auto, etc.).
Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems.
Support producers by managing follow-ups, documentation, and client communication.
Stay up-to-date on carrier guidelines, state regulations, and industry best practices.
Deliver service with a client-first mindset—professional, friendly, and solution-oriented.
Requirements What We’re Looking For:
Active Florida 220 license (required)
Previous Allstate experience is strongly preferred
Customer service background in insurance or call center setting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with agency management systems and CRM tools
Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a remote environment
Positive, personable, and able to balance friendliness with professionalism.
