We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter
who can manage end-to-end hiring for IT roles while also supporting client engagement activities. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of ANZ/APAC hiring practices. Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
IT/Technical Recruitment
(agency/RPO/in-house). Experience hiring for the
ANZ or APAC region
is a strong advantage. Good understanding of technical skills and modern IT landscapes. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have
Prior experience handling
multiple clients
or being a POC. Exposure to
contract staffing , volume hiring, or niche tech hiring. Understanding of market trends in ANZ/APAC recruitment. Why Join Us?

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Delivery
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and networking. Work on roles across technologies such as Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data, Networks, ERP, etc. Ensure high-quality candidate pipeline within defined TAT/SLAs. Maintain updated reports, dashboards, and tracker management. Client Management
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients; understand hiring needs and role specifications. Conduct intake calls to gather job details and prioritise open roles. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding candidate pipeline, updates, and challenges. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal hiring managers, delivery teams, and leadership for efficient alignment. Participate in weekly governance calls and performance discussions. Shift Time
