Role Overview We are expandingour remote support team and are looking for dependable,detail-focused individuals who enjoy assisting clients and handling multiplepriorities. In this role, you will help coordinate reservations and relatedservices, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and event-basedarrangements.
This position is ideal for individualswho communicate clearly, stay organized, and are comfortable workingindependently in a remote setting while collaborating with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients with planning and coordinating customized arrangements
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options based on client needs
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
Communicate professionally via email and phone
Assist with updates, changes, and service-related inquiries
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Attend training sessions and team meetings
