Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required. Valid Minnesota State Speech-Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred. Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Details

Identify students with communication impairments. Collaborate with educational staff to assess the impact of communication impairments on student progress. Develop and assist in implementing instructional and curricular modifications. Provide communication development materials to educators and families. Participate in student IEP development and implementation. Manage caseload interventions, including direct and indirect services, collaboration, screenings, evaluations, and materials preparation. Maintain student records and performance data. Supervise speech/language-trained para-educators and graduate students. Mentor new speech/language pathologists. Participate in building teams, committees, and projects related to speech and language services. Provide in-service training to colleagues. Complete all required Special Education documentation, including IEPs and Medicaid billing. How To Apply
