Billing Accountant Courser (the “Company”) is seeking a Billing Accountant to join our organization as we scale for current and future growth. Responsibilities
Generating and distributing accurate, timely invoices to clients
Managing accounts receivable, including monitoring customer accounts, and resolving any billing-related issues
Following up on overdue payments and managing collection efforts
Providing excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation
Work with various departments to ensure billing accuracy
Continuous review of profit margins and provide updates to the Controller and CAO
Monthly Revenue Flux Analysis
Integration tasks as assigned to assist with acquisition activities
Continuing to drive process improvements
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven work experience of 2-5 years as a Billing Accountant or similar role
Strong understanding of GAAP, billing principles, accounts receivable, and collections
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing records and documentation
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
ConnectWise experience preferred
