Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the onboarding and booking process from start to finish
Collect and verify client information to ensure accurate reservations
Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
Provide general destination and itinerary information
Maintain detailed and organized client records
Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
Participate in training sessions and team meetings
