Customer Service Representative , you'll be a vital part of our success ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience when working with us.
What You'll Be Doing
Respond to customer inquiries
via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues , providing clear and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records
of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure seamless service delivery.
Proactively identify customer needs
and recommend helpful solutions.
Stay up to date on company services
to provide accurate and insightful assistance.
Represent Bridgepoint Works with empathy, enthusiasm, and expertise.
What We're Looking For We're looking for
empathetic problem-solvers
who can handle multiple conversations at once while maintaining a
positive and professional tone . If you're passionate about

Must-Haves 2+ years of experience
in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication skills
both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks
while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills
and a customer-first mindset.
Tech-savvy
with the ability to learn and use CRM and support tools.
Self-motivated
and able to work effectively in a
remote environment .
Nice-to-Haves Experience in
engineering, construction, or infrastructure-related industries .
Familiarity with
CRM platforms, help desk software, or ticketing systems .
Previous experience in a
high-volume support environment .
