About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Guardicore Segmentation at Akamai Technologies, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic enterprise customers, guiding them in implementing and optimizing Zero Trust segmentation strategies. This technical, customer‑facing role combines cybersecurity expertise, relationship management, and strategic thinking. Responsibilities
Own the technical relationship with customers Drive customer success and adoption of our solutions Deliver strategic value through technical expertise and problem solving Drive growth and expansion opportunities Requirements
Relevant experience in a customer‑facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, segmentation) Experience with cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, microsegmentation, threat detection) Hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows environments Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Experience working with large enterprise customers in EMEA and fluent in English Benefits
