At DeansList, we build exceptional software that empowers schools and educators to be successful. Our SaaS platform streamlines day‑to‑day school operations to improve productivity and increase transparency, so every educator has the actionable info they need to help every student succeed. DeansList is an equal opportunity employer. As a company whose product affects the education of over 100,000 students of color, it is imperative that we build a team that is reflective of the communities we serve. We strongly encourage applications from BIPOC (Black; Indigenous; People of Color), women, LGBTQ+, and other individuals who are underrepresented in the industry, across color, religion, race, ethnic and national origin, physical ability, gender and sexual identity. About The Role

The Ops Associate will support cross‑team collaboration at DeansList, help manage internal systems, and contribute to organization‑wide planning and execution. Maintain a 10,000‑foot view of projects while also handling detailed tasks. Assist with or own special projects to support the Sales and Operations teams. Plan DeansList events including team retreats and client conferences, securing event spaces, booking travel, coordinating school visits, and finalizing agendas. Act as the operations support for school onboarding during the busy summer season, setting automated reminder emails, reaching out to users about deadlines, and brainstorming new workflow improvements. Project manage outreach campaigns to current users, leading internal meetings, tracking tasks, following up with team members, and managing outreach calendars. Support hiring and onboarding of new team members, plan internal team‑building events, and assist with travel, office supplies, and other operational needs. Conduct research on topics such as software selection, education trends, and business analyses, and present findings and recommendations. Qualifications
2‑5 years of work experience. Relevant experience as a school operations manager, executive assistant, program coordinator, or office manager.
