This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in retirement plan compliance, plan documents, and regulatory oversight.
What You’ll Do
Review and audit retirement plan documents to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Handle plan amendments and restatements for clients
Advise on ERISA, IRS, DOL, SEC regulations and Form 5500 requirements
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting retirement plans
Ensure alignment between legal plan documents and operational processes
Partner with internal teams to resolve compliance gaps
What We’re Looking For
Experience with Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution plans
Strong knowledge of ERISA compliance and fiduciary responsibilities
Hands‑on exposure to Form 5500 filings, audits, and reporting
Ability to consult on complex compliance matters with clients
Pay Range $35—$40/hr
