You’re a licensed
NursePractitioner

Your Role
As a NursePractitioner at PGS, you will deliver compassionatepsychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing andlong‑term care settings. You will work autonomously while staying connected to a robust clinical and administrativesupport team. ⸻

Conduct on-sitepsychiatric assessments and medication management
Coordinatecare and consult with facility teams (Administrator,Director of Nursing, Social Services)
Adhere tostate and federal clinical guidelines and PGSprotocols

Maintain clear, timely documentation

Requirements
✔ State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD, DC, VA, orPA required)
✔ Active DEA license
✔ Monday–Fridayavailability during normal business hours
✔ Ability to standfor 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
✔ Values-driven andeager to grow with a team committed to doing the right thing,always
