Overview Call center is currently hiring several Remote Customer Service Representatives. They are currently hiring for various full time shifts. Full time employees are provided with medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
It is important that applicants interested in this position are able to clearly communicate over the phone. You must have a friendly personality and a true willingness to help people.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from 3rd party customers; you will be assigned to a specific account and provide customer service for a variety of matters.
Accept payments, verify account information, and make updates or changes to account information such as billing or contact info.
Inform customers regarding incentives or upgrades that they are eligible for when appropriate.
Qualifications
Clear spoken communication over the phone.
Friendly personality and genuine willingness to help people.
