Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients via phone and Zoom
Schedule and conduct benefit overview appointments
Educate clients on available products and coverage optionsAssist with applications and enrollment
Build long-term client relationships
Participate in ongoing training and development

Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
