Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and schedule virtual client appointments Present benefit options to clients using a structured system over Zoom Maintain accurate records and track daily activity Participate in optional training sessions to improve performance Assist with the application process and follow up on required documentation Work closely with underwriting to help finalize approvals
