Our team is
diverse
in background, superpowers and perspectives. Expect to work daily alongside data scientists, product designers, marketing experts, management consultants and organisational designers. Most of your projects will require you to be part of, or lead, teams of people

in the world, including The Coca-Cola Company, L\'Oreal, Bayer and Philip Morris International, on a variety of projects. While we are a newborrn consultancy with a very diverse portfolio of engagements, there is a clear pattern in how we approach
problem-solving
that will give you a sense of what your work at REBORRN would look like. You will work in agile teams with coworkers and the client to
make things happen , whether that means delivering a tough-to-implement action plan, launching a new product to market, or designing and deploying a new process that removes bottlenecks and
increases efficiency . Your job is done when you make yourself
obsolete , and you are confident enough to fire yourself from the project. What kind of projects? Anything from sharpening
strategy
and turning it into progress by rewiring how teams work and building the
capabilities
that matter most, to upgrading
operating systems
and designing consumer experiences that drive growth. It could mean landing a new product line, creating a
global campaign process , or rethinking a client’s entire innovation model. In any of the above cases, you’ll be working in a
vibrant
environment that’s at times intense with shifting priorities and plenty of challenges. It’s fast-paced, ever-evolving, and definitely not your comfort zone. But one thing is certain: you’ll never get bored. Who you are.
