Key Responsibilities
Design customized luxury travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and tour operators
Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and travel goals
Manage all aspects of travel planning from initial consultation through post‑trip follow‑up
Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service at all times
Maintain accurate client profiles and booking records using internal systems
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
