Role Description This is a full‑time remote opportunity for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, managing client communication, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions, and resolving client issues. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining comprehensive records, and assisting in the development of marketing initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and client management skills
Proficiency in sales strategies, account management, and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
Experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and remotely with attention to detail
Proven experience in managing B2B relationships, preferably in the pet industry or a related field
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
