In this role, you will assist clients in planning and coordinating personalized destination experiences, ensuring seamless arrangements from initial inquiry through completion. You will provide expert guidance on accommodations, activities, transportation options, and special requests while delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping clients create memorable experiences. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently, and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and expectations
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, excursions, and related services
Coordinate reservations and confirm detailed arrangements
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide ongoing support before, during, and after each clients experience
Stay informed about destination updates, industry trends, and supplier offerings
Deliver exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with online booking platforms and basic office software
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
