We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Reservations Agents. In this remote role, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
Provide professional and timely customer support throughout the booking process
Research travel options and present recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservations
Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues
Stay informed on travel updates, policies, and available offerings
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service experience preferred, but not required
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
