Field Service Technician
to be the face of post‑sales support for cutting‑edge
simulation
technology.

You’ll travel (yes, frequently!) to customer sites across the U.S., bringing your tech skills and customer‑first mindset to ensure everything works flawlessly. From installs to maintenance, from phone support to trade show demos—you’ll be the go‑to person that keeps things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Travel 80–90% of the time to install, troubleshoot, and repair high‑tech simulation equipment
Provide white‑glove support to customers—from phone help to on‑site fixes and AV installs
Diagnose issues, order replacement parts, and manage return logisticsDeliver basic user training and product orientations to customers
Keep detailed service case notes, expenses, and repair logs up to date
Support trade shows, demos, and company events as needed
Be the friendly, professional face of the company to customers at all levels
What You Bring:
A tech‑savvy mindset with strong troubleshooting chops
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Great relationship‑building ability with customers and colleagues alike
Laser focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and follow‑through
Strong autonomy—you can manage your time, travel, and repairs with confidence
Knowledge of wiring diagrams, schematics, networking, and calibration procedures
Associate degree or technical certification (electronics, robotics, engineering tech)
5+ years of technical field experience (with at least 3 in customer‑facing roles)
Hands‑on experience repairing electronics or complex equipment
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to climb ladders and use hand tools
Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time (overnight travel included)
