Tech Lead/Scrum Master

Remote (East Coast hours preferred)
Pay Range:
What's the Job?
Provide hands-on leadership and technical oversight for junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and design practices
Conduct thorough code reviews, design assessments, and technical evaluations to maintain delivery standards
Manage and refine Jira workflows, including creating detailed tickets, subtasks, and ensuring proper workflow progression
Drive Agile ceremonies such as standups, refinement sessions, retrospectives, and sprint planning to foster team collaboration
Partner closely with architects and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements and standards
What's Needed?
Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or Scrum Master supporting technical teams
Proficiency with Python, GitHub, and Azure platform (deep experience highly preferred)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence best practices
Experience reviewing technical designs, code quality, and unit testing standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge, collaborate, and elevate issues effectively
