What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle with schools from first outreach through partnership.
Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while managing a growing pipeline.
Bring feedback from the field to inform product, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Represent Marble at key school district meetings and events across New Jersey.
Who You Are
1‑3 years of sales or partnerships experience in a startup or high‑growth environment.
High performer with a track record of exceeding quota and creating lasting partnerships.
Startup‑minded – scrappy, creative, and able to thrive with ambiguity.
Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and closes with confidence.
Mission‑driven and energized by improving youth mental health.

Compensation Compensation is based on experience and includes both base and commission. On‑target earnings range between $140,000 and $170,000 with meaningful equity.
