to join our team in
Cebu ! What You’ll Do
Independently manage the woodworking production line Planning of work phases, schedules, resources and drive continuous development efforts. Maintain and improve existing systems to meet quality and performance standards Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to ensure seamless integration What We’re Looking For
A technical education and a practical, hands‑on working style Strong organizational and leadership skills Either recent graduation or previous experience with wood production methods Experience in the sauna industry, modular wooden structures, or skills in wood sorting, drying, and surface treatment is considered an advantage Why Join SAWO?
