Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated
RF Technician
to join our team and play a crucial role in preparing law enforcement, fire, and/or utility vehicles for duty. As an RF Technician you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of specialized equipment and systems and ensuring they meet operational requirements and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to the functionality, efficiency, and safety of equipment used to serve and protect our communities.
Although this role is primarily remote, the employee must live within driving distance of the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Local proximity is required to support customer site visits, provide timely on‑call response, and handle any in‑person service needs in both the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Eastern Shore of Virginia.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair equipment/systems
Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner
Communicate job progress to supervisor & customer
Complete service orders
On-Call customer support
Basic Role Requirements
Associates degree in Electronics or a related field, or several years of comparable technical experience
Knowledge of basic electronics
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Networking experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Suite programs
Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
