Key Responsibilities
Aggressive Prospecting:
Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to identify and engage potential enterprise clients.
Lead Qualification:
Vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Zoho CRM Management:
Maintain real‑time, meticulous records of all calls, follow‑ups, and lead statuses within Zoho CRM.
Microsoft 365 Proficiency:
Utilize Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) to manage communications, schedule meetings, and report on activity.
Objection Handling:
Confidently navigate gatekeepers and turn cold leads into warm opportunities by articulating Wagento’s unique value proposition.
Performance Driven:
Consistently meet or exceed daily activity targets (dials/emails) and monthly meeting‑set quota.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in high-volume outbound sales or business development (SaaS or Agency experience preferred).
Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional written and spoken English language skills.
Self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM tools (ZOHO, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
