Your mission We’re building serious products in AI + privacy. They work. People who get them love them. But the funnel, and growth engine need an owner. This is not a role for coordination or agency management. It is a builder role with real ownership and responsibility and a strong focus on digital growth. You spread the word to the right audiences and convert them. Two key aspects of the role are ownership of our websites (focus on privatemode.ai) and building a scalable Leadgen Machine, tailored to our product and ICPs.
Define messaging and positioning for different ICPs
Improve structure, copy, and most importantly conversion paths
Make hands‑on changes (Set up tracking, fix broken flows, improve sign‑ups)
Prioritize content‑driven growth, outreach and SEO
Convince ICPs through truly innovative content (think: webinars, targeted outreach, partnerships, podcast advertising that shine)
Work directly with founders, sales, and product
Handle PR and events only when it makes sense
Continuously refine ICPs based on your own data and sales feedback
Your profile
Prior success in hands‑on growth and/or product marketing role for B2B deep tech
Understand tech (AI, developer tools or privacy) well enough to talk to engineers
Entrepreneurial mindset; ideally experience as a founder or early employee
Execution focussed, ambitious, technically curious
No emotional attachment to corporate marketing environments
German at C2 level or native
Fluent English
Right now, you might be for example:
A founder whose startup didn’t work out (or got acquired)
A Founder’s Associate / CoS who always gravitated toward growth
Someone who built and grew something real on the side (open source project, newsletter, community, SaaS)
