We help nurses explore income growth, nonprofit creation, and career advancement through cohort-based, transformational learning programs.
Position Overview We’re seeking a
friendly, organized, and proactive Remote Program Coordinator
to support our online and in person programs and help healthcare professionals discover meaningful transformation opportunities.
Responsibilities Program Operations:
Coordinate scheduling, participant intake, and daily operations across online and live programs (3-Day Income Shift Experience, 12-Week Income Accelerator, Nonprofit Launch Pad, Podcast)
Communicate with participants and prospects via email, chat, and video calls
Host or co-host info sessions, orientations, and program kick-offs
Provide live Zoom tech support during mostly afternoon and evening program sessions
Track attendance, prepare summaries, and follow up with participants
Distribute program resources, recordings, and materials
Participant Success:
Conduct participant check-in calls and success coaching
Collect testimonials and success stories through interviews and surveys
Monitor participant engagement and provide proactive support
Moderate private community groups (Facebook, Circle)
Sponsor & Partner Relations:
Communicate with corporate sponsors via email and video calls
Track and fulfill sponsor deliverables
Prepare quarterly impact reports using participant data
Coordinate partnership activities (guest workshops, product demos)
Outreach & Coordination:
Support speaking engagement logistics (venue communication, contracts, travel coordination)
Coordinate with guest experts, instructors, and partners
Reach out to universities, hospitals, and associations for partnership opportunities
Support marketing follow-ups (enrollment reminders, confirmations)
Administrative Excellence:
Use tools and systems to analyze data, generate reports, and improve workflows
Organize files, recordings, and digital assets
Maintain calendars across all three entities
Represent Kiki Mattress positively and professionally
Qualifications Required:
1–3 years of experience in program coordination, education services, customer support, or operations
Excellent communication in written and spoken English
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and Zoom (or ability to learn quickly)
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Available during Eastern Time daytime hours occasional afternoon or evenings
Friendly, proactive, and comfortable working with professionals online
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Strongly Preferred:
Knowledge of the healthcare/nursing field or career landscape
Experience with online education, cohort programs, or webinars
Understanding of entrepreneurship or nonprofit operations
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
Experience with sponsor or partner relations
Bonus:
Healthcare or nursing background (RN, LPN, healthcare admin)
Nonprofit experience
Located in or near Simpsonville, SC (for occasional on‑site support)
What We Offer Compensation & Schedule:
$20-$25/hour
20–25 hours per week to start
Remote, flexible schedule (set your own hours except for afternoon and/or evening program support)
Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
Independent contractor (1099) position
Growth & Development:
