R591The Lead Generation Laboratory is hiring an analyst to power Cerity Partners’ data-driven prospecting engine. This team sits at the heart of the firm’s growth strategy — translating raw market signals, enrichment data, and internal relationship intelligence into high-quality, actionable leads for the Capital Solutions and Practice Development teams. Sitting within our Operations organization, the analyst will work closely with the Concierge Desk, Capital Solutions, and practice-specific business development contacts.**Primary Responsibilities:****Signal Sourcing & New Lead Generation*** Monitor SEC Form 4 and Form 144 filings, M&A transaction announcements, and property records for liquidity events and wealth-generating triggers* Convert cold signal-based leads into warm opportunities by identifying relationship paths, enriching contact data, and flagging institutional connections* Respond to PDO- and Practice-specific targeting requests (e.g., “business owners within 30 miles of Chicago with $3M+ investable assets”) with researched, scored lead lists* Deliver weekly scored lead batches to the Concierge Desk, complete with outreach recommendations and supporting data* Surface leads from existing cli•

ent networks and COI referral relationships* Use tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Equilar, FinSearch, and Clay to identify and qualify prospective clients**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree required* 1–4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management research, investment banking, data analysis, or a related field* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; comfort working with structured data* Deep expertise in efficiency and process optimization through AI tools**Preferred Qualifications*** Understanding of SEC filings (Form 4, Form 144) or M&A processes* Experience with financial data tools: Equilar, Windfall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FinSearch, Aidentified, or similar**Skills and Competencies:*** Strong research instincts and the ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources into coherent, actionable outputs* Detail-oriented and organized, with strong written communication skills* Collaborative mindset — able to work across practice groups, business development teams, and technology counterparts* Must accept and thrive in a fast-moving, build-phase environment**Physical Requirements:*** Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer* Occasional travel to firm offices or team meetings may be required**Compensation Range:**
