We are seeking a Scrum Master / Business Analyst to lead IT automation initiatives. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring automation solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned to business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of automation projects (RPA, workflow automation, integrations) Facilitate standups, sprint planning, retrospectives Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication Identify and document automation opportunities and requirements Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria Partner with developers on tools like Automation Anywhere Drive backlog prioritization based on ROI and business impact Required Qualifications
5+ years in Project Management, Scrum Master, or PM/BA roles Experience delivering automation or process improvement initiatives Strong PM/Scrum experience Solid business analysis and process mapping skills Excellent stakeholder communication Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) Certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Background in consulting or professional services Benefits
