Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Analyst 5 to join their team. As a Business Analyst 5, you will be part of the Operations Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. $50 - $55/hr W2 What’s the Job?
Support the development of enterprise outsourcing operations frameworks and process ownership models Collaborate with internal teams to map services, define accountability boundaries, and articulate roles Conduct discovery sessions with process owners, SMEs, and leadership to identify critical processes and interdependencies Create detailed Visio process maps, including swimlanes, RACIs, and data flows for multiple process levels Partner with stakeholders to shortlist and validate KPIs and SLAs for dashboard integration What’s Needed?
Minimum of 10+ years of European financial regulatory experience Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CBI and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines Experience in process mapping, KPI/SLA design, and governance frameworks Strong ability to interpret contractual obligations and operational controls within regulated environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-team workshops What’s in it for me?
