divh2Hardware Inventory Control Specialist/h2pLocation: Santa Clara, CA, 95054 Duration: Long term Contract/ppWe are looking for someone with some experience in hardware tracking but not necessarily in the semiconductor field, just aware of the process. Will help to train on specific clients processes. Will consider a more senior level person Electronic Lab Technician - 2 if experience and skills better match our needs./ph3Job Description/h3ulliResponsible for hardware room inventory control check in/Check out process./liliMaintain, inventory and control of offsite and onsite hardware./liliWork with the various Clients departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and Clients Offshore operation sites./liliAssist and work with other team members and engineering personnel to ensure all paperwork is in proper order for shipment and generate appropriate shipping documentation./liliMonitor hardware inventory and report discrepancies (damaged, missing items, etc.) when appropriate to Clients personnel and management./liliWork with other team members to resolve hardware issues regarding replacement or missing items./liliWork with other hardware room personnel and Clientss Shipping and receiving team to prepare hardware for shipping to various vendors for repair./liliWork to help drive future improvements to Clientss Test Floor environment./liliMust be willing and able to lift hardware sometimes weighing 35 lbs./liliMust be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, team-oriented working environment./li/ulh3Required Skills/h3ulliProficient with inventory controls (tracking)./liliProficient with MS office (Word, Excel, etc.)/liliGeneral administrative skills (paperwork, filing)/liliGood communication skills/liliMust be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, team oriented working environment./li/ulh3Required Education:/h3ulliAssociate Degree in Technology from vocational school or other accredited two-year program./li/ulh3Desired Skills/h3ulliProficient with inventory controls (tracking)./li/ulh3Desired Education:/h3ulliAssociate Degree in Engineering Technology from vocational school or other two-year accredited program./li/ulh3Desired Years of Experience:/h3pAt least 1-3 years of related professional experience./ph3About Us: InterSources Inc/h3pInterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
