Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM Proficient in JavaScript for both client-side and server-side scripting and development Skilled in integrating systems using REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and web services Strong understanding of database architecture, including RDBMS design and CMDBs Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD Previous experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect with excellent facilitation and strategic advisory skills Experience in client-facing roles, system implementations, and business process analysis Bonus Points: Advanced academic degree preferred Over 10 years of industry experience ServiceNow Technical Architect certification is a plus Certified Master Architect (CMA) Demonstrated capability to assess client requirements and current states, providing actionable recommendations Proven track record of managing expectations for high-profile clients while building trust Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept in presentation and project management, with a knack for mentoring
