Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess and treat adult patients with neurological, medical, and post-surgical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans that promote communication independence and safe swallowing. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes in our EMR.
